Secretary

Francée Kulkens has served as secretary of the board since June 2023. She has served for six-month terms. She is committed to Amsterdam Dynamics, sharing her expertise as a board member at another hockey club (Pinoké). Pinoké is eager to support Amsterdam Dynamics, a new hockey club in Amsterdam Zuidoost, with advice and support, such as providing goalkeeper equipment, offering referee courses, providing spots at the Steekneuzenkamp (Stackle Nose Camp), and providing a board member.

The secretary is responsible for recording board decisions (monthly) and decisions of the General Members' Meeting (biennially). In addition, the secretary is responsible for updating the articles of association and regulations (e.g., the code of conduct). Furthermore, the secretary handles correspondence with the municipality regarding requirements for a sports club and with government agencies such as the Chamber of Commerce (registrations and UBO registrations). Finally, the secretary archives all agreements and other important documents.

The intention is for this administrative task to be taken over at some point by one of the Amsterdam Dynamics members (or their parents). When this happens, Francée will remain available for advice and support for a considerable period.
